Politecnica has opened its branch office in Tirana (Albania), where is carrying out the Studies and Design of more than 20 strategic bridges of the National Road Network for the Albanian Road Authority.
The Consultancy is part of the wider “Results-based Road Maintenance and Safety Project”, funded by the World Bank and addresses 4000 km of national roads and 730 Bridges.
The study will be an important part of the preparation of the future investment projects for the Rehabilitation and Upgrade of the selected Bridges and will increase the resilience of Albania’s road infrastructure to climate change and natural disasters.
Thanks to these interventions, travel times will be reduced, and all citizens will benefit.
