The stunning Citadel in Gozo has officially been crowned as the winner of the Public Choice award in this year’s European Union (EU) Regiostars awards!
The Citadel was impressively chosen as the best among another 300 financed EU projects all across many other EU states!
Politecnica, which from 2008 to 2015 curated the Masterplan of the Citadel and the consolidation works of its fortified walls, is proud to have contributed, through its work, to the rebirth of this stunning archaeological site. This is an important recognition and a testament to our commitment to cohesion policies based on innovative and inclusive approaches to regional development.
