These are the main characteristics that immediately convinced us to believe in the BIM development of our projects.
Following this philosophy we will participate as speakers at the Modena Smart Life Festival, which will be held in Modena from 28 to 30 September. On Saturday 29th we will take part in two different events, both focused on the use of digital data in building design and management.
Barbara Frascari, during the meeting on the “Use of digital data for the project and management of built heritage”, will describe the case study project of Villa Strozzi restoration in Gonzaga, an important opportunity for analyzing in details the topics related to management and development of HBIM methodologies (Historic Building Information Modeling) applied to the historical heritage. Maria Cristina Fregni will then illustrate the CE1202 Bhenefit project as a key experience to understand the use of GIS and BIM in the management of European historical centers.
Within the second event “The use of digital technologies in the design of smart buildings”, Giovanni Romiti will present the BIM project of the Zealand University Hospital in Denmark, an important international experience of Politecnica, destined to become one of the major hospitals in the North Europe.
