The former AMCM area will soon be the new Creativity Park of Modena. Yesterday, the Mayor Gian Carlo Muzzarelli, together with Politecnica’s designers, visited the site to verify the progress of the works, which will be completed at the end of the summer months, and then proceed to the second phase of works for the regeneration of the former Enel station, will be the new Teatro delle Passioni.
In September there will the inauguration of the new gymnasium (with 92 seats), the semi-basement parking with 112 spaces and the cycle-pedestrian square, overlooked by the new theatre, Emilia Romagna Teatro Ert/Teatro Nazionale’s future headquarters.
The redevelopment work will give back an important area at the gates of the historic centre to the city of Modena and its citizens.
