Yesterday in Politecnica’s headquarters in Modena was assigned the celebrative plaque for IDEM’s new Gender Equality certification. Politecnica is the first company in Italy to renew its certification after less than one year from obtaining the UNI/Pdr 125:2022 certification for gender equality.
The process started in 2017 through the adherence to the goals of the Agenda 2030 by ONU, with a specific target of attaining complete people’s equality by 2030.

Thanks to the IDEM methodology’s, we can track the initiatives, practices and policies adopted, make more accurate analyses and remove the elements that obstruct the creation of a corporate culture and professional careers that take into consideration the specific characteristics of everyone”.
