The Finance Palace, known as ‘Prince Foresto’s Palace‘, in the centre of Modena, will soon be redeveloped by the team led by Politecnica with Studio IT’S, Studio Calvi, Ingegneri Riuniti, Studio Mattioli – Antonio Paone and MR Energy Systems.
The redevelopment project will include the review of the façade morphology and reorganisation of the spaces. The project unites tradition with innovation and environmental sustainability, through the application of GBC Italy‘s GBC Historic Building protocol.
The Palace regeneration is an important project for the enhancement of Modena’s historical and cultural heritage and an opportunity to improve its urban quality.
