Kerakoll’s new Industrial Hub

We are excited to announce the project of the new Industrial Hub by Kerakoll. The restyling of Sassuolo site signed by Politecnica is focused on innovation and sustainability.  It provides an industrial architecture that perfectly integrated with the urban landscape through transparencies, ensuring a strong connection with the green and nature around it, thus generating a green lung.

The new expansion will be completed in 2025, covering an area of 27.000 square metres, increasing capacity and business efficiency, as well as a regeneration of the area. Kerakoll’s new hub is a significant commitment to sustainable growth, environmental development and creation of spaces for the welfare of community and environment.
