EFCA’s Future Leaders Network, Brussels

Vittorio Nascetti, Engineer and Country Supervisor – Guyana at Politecnica, took part in “EFCA’s Future Leaders Network visits Brussels”, an initiative aimed at fostering international collaboration, skills development, and the active participation of young European professionals.

The event, promoted by EFCA – European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations, took place in Brussels on 19 and 20 March 2026 and included in-depth sessions on the EU context, a technical visit to the R0xA201 construction site, and the workshop “Designing Communication That Works.” The session focused on how to learn to communicate with greater clarity, influence, and, ultimately, effectiveness: essential skills for the next generation of leaders.
