The Plan Award 2025 - Kerakoll Tech Hub

The Kerakoll Tech Hub won the latest edition of The Plan Award in the Production Future category.

The project was born out of a desire to regenerate a disused industrial area and transform it into a place where innovation and well-being interact with the local area.

Located between Sassuolo and Fiorano Modenese, the new Hub stands out for its minimalist, transparent architecture, which blends in with the surrounding environment and adds value to the local landscape.

With over 27,000 square meters of permeable surfaces, green spaces, pedestrian paths, and work environments designed for people's well-being, the new production center of the Kerakoll Group represents an innovative model of industrial architecture: sustainable, efficient, and deeply human.

The 1.6 MW photovoltaic system, energy recovery systems, and biophilic design are just some of the solutions that make the complex a laboratory for the future.

This recognition confirms our vision: to design architecture that improves quality of life, building authentic links between industry, community, and nature.
